ANTI-HOSE PULLING DEVICE (AHPD) + GSM MODEM
E2S has developed the unique product named as AHPD + GSM Modem, to address the un-due hose pulling incident by CNG Cascade Transport
Vehicle (CTV) and Dry Out at Daughter Booster station.
Objective:
To avoid any un-due pulling of hose by the CTV while refilling or decanting
of the mobile cascade, thus ensuring safe and secure CTV operation
- To provide with early warning of CTV pressure to avoid Dry Outs on
Daughter Booster Stations - AHPD is available in Weatherproof Enclosure as well as in Flameproof
Junction box complying to Hazardous Area classification Exd, Class I,
Division I, Group D as per NEC or zone 1, Group IIA/IIB as per IS/IEC
specification, IP 54/55. - AHPD is designed to operate in the Ambient
temperature of 20OC to 85 OC

CNG BIOGAS CASCADE
E2S is an authorized supplier of NUTRONIC make CNG/ BIOGAS Cascades in India.
- CNG cascade cylinders are designed, fabricated, and tested as per IS:7285- (Part 1 & 2) – 2004 / Equivalent International standard and approved by the Chief Controller
of Explosives (CCOE)/ PESO, Government of India. - The cylinder shut-off valve comes with a fusible burst disc conforming to the requirements of IS: 3224 or as per the design approved by PESO.
- Cylinder size: 267 mm 75 Ltr x 1680 mm
- Cascade working pressure – Domestic: 260 kg-f/cm 2 (255 bar) & Export: 25MPa (250 bar)

CNG BIOGAS CASCADE
E2S has the expertise to design and develop various types of LCV Fill Posts from basic to the automated type LCV Fill Post
- Basic LCV Fill Post (BLFP): It consists of mechanical parts only such as SS304/ MS panel, Ball Valves & Fittings,
Hose, Breakaway coupling (optional), and Mass Flow meter(optional) - Automated LCV Fill Post (ALFP): It consists of the mechanical parts mentioned above in BLFP along with
Field Instruments & Control devices such as Pressure Transmitter, Electro valve and Actuator, and Batch Controller (Micro PLC+HMI).

PRIORITY PANEL
E2S undertakes the customized Design, Fabrication, and Assembling of
different types of priority panel boards. We take appropriate care
of safety and quality while designing and manufacturing Priority panels.
We use reputed and standard makes material (Parker/ Tubacex/
Rotex/ ASCO/ Swagelok/ etc.) for assembling of Priority Panel.
We can develop and supply Priority Panel with/ without IP55
enclosure.
